Helena
Lead Instructor
Helena believes in progress over perfection, and her high-energy classes prove it. Every student walks out feeling special and proud of what they've accomplished, whether it's their first day dancing or their hundredth.
With 6 years of professional teaching experience across street styles, musical theatre, K-pop, and more, Helena has worked with young dancers of all ages and levels at performance schools throughout the region. She holds an MFA and BA in performance and has danced professionally in both Canada and the UK.
Her choreography has earned back-to-back platinum awards in the Waterloo Chronicle for Best Theatre Instruction, but what she's most proud of is the community she builds in every class.

Styles we teach
From K-pop to musical theatre, our classes cover a range of styles to keep things fresh and fun.
K-pop
Kids learn real choreography from their favourite K-pop groups! These classes build coordination, rhythm, and stage presence through fun, high-energy routines. A huge confidence booster for kids who love K-pop music.
Hip Hop
A popular street style rooted in rhythm and self-expression. Kids learn groove, body control, and freestyle skills in a supportive environment. Great for building confidence and letting your child's personality shine through movement.
Jazz Funk
Think music video choreography! Jazz funk blends jazz technique with bold, commercial style movement. Kids develop strong technique while learning the kind of routines they see their favourite artists perform on stage and screen.
Street Styles
An introduction to a range of urban dance forms like popping, locking, breaking, and house. Kids explore different movement styles, building versatility and musicality while learning about the culture behind each dance form.
Musical Theatre
Dance meets storytelling! Kids learn to bring characters to life through movement, combining jazz technique with acting and expression. Perfect for young performers who love being on stage and using their imagination.
